On October 22nd, you can catch a mini-workshop on „Community Care/ Caring Communities“ in English with me during the Queer Healing Day.

Workshop „Community Care/ Caring Communities“, 4-5pm

How can we care for each other in our communities? How can we build caring communities in which people are aware of violence and discrimination and treat each other with mindfulness?
While self care can be about self-optimizing and isolating, caring communities address the interconnectedness of us. How can I take care of myself and keep others in mind? How can I care for others and look out for myself?
In this mini-workshop, we will brainstorm forms of community care and caring communities. You will get ideas of how to stay connected with and committed in your communities.

Entry cover:
8-25 € sliding scale
which includes access to all workshops and solo sessions from the healers, practitioners and artists
